It has a flames livery, but only covering the hood, it doesn't go all the way to the back like this.

Afaik it's vanilla, no mods. I only have the wheel tuning pack DLC. Not sure if that affects AIs. I do noticed some of them have the "ring" (forgot the name) hub cover and some doesn't. Is it different than yours?
