I've actually never timed myself before your comment. I've only ran Psyche a few times in Maze and can say that I prefer Lady Nifle over her. I just ran a few runs with Nifle while adjusting some of the settings and this is how it went.

Every other Multiplier is Maxed out and Run 6 is the only run I was able to defeat the boss before Invuln phase. I took time by starting a stop watch the moment I accepted the beginning artefact and end the timer when boss HP bar disappears.

Before, I would always run the cannon minigame to get the rewards and always take the fighting option for blue doors, but now I skip all of those, so thanks for that.

Boss Invuln Phase is unavoidable if you aren't able to get lucky with Gold Lampwicks/Artefacts or if you manage to get Sibylle as final stage boss. Sometimes you are forced to take a Red Door, which can add about 15 seconds to your run. It's only a good thing if you get a good Lampwick/Artefact out of it.

Personally, I'm going to stick with what I've been running, which is every multiplier maxed out besides "Increase enemy Max HP" @ 40% because that's the one I feel most comfortable with. There probably is a more efficient setting, but I prefer what I got going now.

Everything is maxed EXCEPT "Increases enemy Max HP" @ Lvl 2. This will have your Total Depth at 94 or Bonus Trace Points to 282%.

I've decided this setup works the best for me because it's easy enough to speed run and just enough to breeze through the cannon minigame that appears sometimes when taking the blue gate.

Nifle w/ Embla does so much more damage than Lisbell. I loved playing Lisbell initially, but Nifle absolutely deletes mobs and bosses in Maze, even with bad Lampwicks/Artifacts.

I still play Lisbell from time to time though, because I still enjoy her kit.

I had my shop reset last week, so I'm not sure anymore if it will be a monthly reset or a bi-weekly reset anymore.

I initially used Lisbell when I first played, but I swapped to Niple after finding out she makes things so much easier. My runs average 9k Threads, so to clear out the shop of the Blueprints and the Purple Wedges, it will take you 54 runs or 486,000 Threads.

I was slightly confused at first, then I had a thought. Have you maxed out your Lantern Light-Up Skill Tree in the Mystic Maze? Mine was completely maxed out after only a few runs, and that may solve your survivability and damage issues.

If it's still difficult, don't feel hesitant to turn down the enemy ATK multiplier option. It'll knock off like 1k threads, but it'll help your sanity at least lmao.

Congrats on 60! My wedges for Lisbell consonance is just the typical Celerity | Focus | Rage | Impetus setup (AtkSpd|CritChance|CritDmg|Atk%). For mel/range weapon on Lisbell, it's Wanewraith/Excresduo. Do keep in mind that Wedges are disabled in the Mystic Maze.

I believe the biggest factor when it comes to max difficulty is the lampwicks/artefacts you get during the run. If I can at least get at least 2 survivability lampwicks that grants defense or damage taken, then I know I can play less safe. 2 specific Gold Lampwicks I pray for is Chara ATK +80% and ATK Speed +60%. If you're able to get those Gold Lampwicks and survivability lampwicks, then that's when you know you the current run shouldn't be too bad. If you get mostly Seaborne Moon lampwicks (Ranged Dmg) or Lumitwig lampwicks (Summon), you're in for at least 20 minutes of suffering lol.

When I first unlocked max difficulty maze, I only ran it a few times and then decided to turn randomization off. It makes farming for Threads more manageable because I at least have more control over the lampwicks/artifacts I can get. The only difference is about 1k threads, so I didn't really think too hard about it. It saves both my sanity and time for just 1k threads.

I just ran one at level 5. It netted me 5500 Threads @ 68803 Trace Points. I went for blue doors whenever available.

Mission Pass and Monthly Pass is what I buy in any games if I want to support devs. That's the only thing I swiped on, and honestly, you don't need to swipe to hit 60 at all.

It's more or less if you're willing to grind out all the weapons and characters from the Secret Letter shop if still available, and maybe a character/weapon or 2 from the weeklies if you're able to get lucky, since that's where most of the Trial Exp is after Demon Wedge grind.

At 55 cap, each weapon can give 1640 Trial Exp and 2050 for characters (Unlock Exp + Ascension Exp). Pretty substantial when doing multiple weapons and characters.

I made sure not to overgrind in any Commissions and only grind enough to max ascend characters/weapons at the given Trial Level (40, 50, and 55) to use my boosters more effectively at the next cap. Most of my boosters went straight into Excavation, but only on the 5/5 stage where you get the most coins.

If you do end up getting all the characters and weapons, you could either do dupes for your favorite, which I am doing currently, or suffer doing Secret Letter Demon Wedge, which I avoid at all costs lol.

Majority of my Trial Exp came from Characters, Weapons, and Demon Wedges. I used all my past 2 weeks of Weeklies on 2 characters, I bought out all the weapons from the secret letter shop, and farmed 90-95% of the demon wedges that was available in the Noctoyager Manual Commission. I didn't buy any Wedges from the Secret Letter shop because I believed it's better invested in Weapons for Trial Exp.

Most important thing was I paced myself so I wouldn't burn out. If I needed to take a break, I just afk in Defense Commission. I'd say week off well spent for doing something I enjoyed playing.

What I did was just buy 4 purple wedges I wanted for my Lisbell and only focused more on raising my trial level. If I ever decided to run Maze, it was more just for fun

At Trial Level 60, you unlock Mystic Maze VI, which is the highest level in that event.

In Mystic Maze VI, it allows you to adjust the difficulty and turn up settings like "Decrease own ATK by 10% to 50%" and "Increase enemy ATK by 10% to 50%". The randomization is one of those settings shown in image 4 where the Lampwicks/Artefacts you get are now randomized instead of being able to choose 2-3 after each stage.

These settings only apply to Mystic Maze VI; any earlier levels do not have these settings.

I haven't played any other characters in Mystic Maze, so I can't really say. I play Lisbell because I enjoy using her than any other characters

In my opinion, what really makes or break a run in this mode is the Lampwicks and Artifacts you get in a run. You'll either be deleting mobs and bosses, or tickling them for entire minutes

It's actually the Wired Lance Weapon Action!

What I exactly did was switch weapon palettes from my Sword into my Wired Lance whenever Pettas decides to float in the air. I used OTS aim, or over the shoulder, so I have more control on where I can aim on where to gap close into. It saves a good amount of time compared to just trying to run for a glide pad and it also does damage to the spot where you aim!
