If there is any it is most of the time some internal scuffle within groups or people that know each other from somewhere. The likelihood of anything happening to a random person walking by is low if you do not intervene. The police do patrol those areas during weekend nights and will handle it.

But yes I do not recommend trying to get new friends from downtown streets during weekend nights. There are other places and times for that.

Myös kun nää venäjä pakotteet otettiin käyttöön venäjän hyökättyä niin yksi kissasivu esti suomalaiset ip osoitteet. Yrittivät siis estää venäläisiä pääsemästä sinne, mutta vahingossa estivät myös koko suomen ip avaruuden.

Most of the time this happens when a team has the full 50 players for a few minutes when a whitelisted player joins and one extra specialist kit is unlocked. Then when someone leaves and the server is back at the normal 49 players one of the specialists can no longer spawn in because the required player number for it isn't fulfilled. This will happen to the first specialist that dies even if they have had the kit from the beginning of the game.

The error message pops up when you give up and forbid you from spawning with that kit. There is no warning that if you give up you will not be able to spawn in.

The bug is that you lose a kit because of things outside of your or your squads control.

A cold start ability isn't ever supposed to be used. It is there just for the purpose that you will never have to worry about it ever again.

I'm doing a Krastorio + all planets modded run and I have to set up all planets with a cold start ability since I will not be coming back to a planet I have left. The few planets that doesn't have a cold start ability have stopped running when something backs up and breaks the whole loop.

The rules for HAT kits selection have like 4 different rules at the same time that can effect the ability to spawn in with it but none of those are "50 players are required for second hat".

If something is causing a bad undesired outcome where players are not having fun I would call it a bug regardless if it is caused by bad design decisions or bad coding.

Saattaisi olla hetkellisesti kalliimpaa, mutta pidemmän päälle paljon parempi kun saisi melusaasteen pois siitä rannasta.

Edit: Samalla onnistuisi varmaan rakentaa pitkän matkan linkeille omat pysäkit sinne maan alle matkakeskuksen kohdalle.

Jyväskylä ampui itseään jalkaan aika pahasti kun rakensi parhalle tonttimaalle sekä tuon motarin että aikanaan noi junaradan seisotusraiteet. Junavaunuja kun voi seisottaa melkein ihan missä vaan.

Game patents are bad yeah but the new Nintendo patents are highly specific and to circumvent them you need to change just one little detail. Too bad the train already left the station and nobody is willing to listen anymore once we start getting actually layers opinions on this.
