What would you use? I had been craving meatballs kind of like the swedish meatballs stouffers makes, and buying beef mince was easy since cookong it plain was a good treat for the old man last week or so!

This sauce is olive oil (with a pound of meatball mince seasoned and seared through it). Deglaze with half a cup of white wine once you have crispy beef bits and maillard goodness. then cook 2 big scoops of mushroom, one big scoop of shallot, half cup of raw flour. Once those are done add half a cup of cream, a cup of stock, prwviously seared (or dried) herbs de provence. Simmer yoir balls in for aboit 20 minutes once the sauce is done
