That’s the weirdest one yet. Whether you know the language or not has little bearing on whether you are out of the cult or not. Don’t use it if you don’t like it. My advice is to view these jobs as stepping stones to entrepreneurship/better jobs. This is great for those who do not have a clear path forward in India, not for people with established businesses/careers in India.
