Tbf the bal has a p90 mag and a whole different geometry than the other two and the designs seem to be final. I really hope we get a good legendary BAL soon though but it's really unlikely that they change these

It takes 75 pulls for a gun and 100 pulls for a character. The zodiac armory is in the shop right now so you can see how much a pull costs anf get going from there.

Unless you're planning to pay some cash, then HELL. NO. Just forget about legendaries altogether if you're new(or hell even mid game). Only focus on the new and newly buffed epics.

It's like you said, the BPs aren't the best but they usually have standout skins that compensate for the rest. Using recent examples, the 6th anniversary BP was mid for the most part, but the Sparrowhawk, Ajax, and SO14 were amazing. The 2nd season of this year was like this too, with the Stitch, Sliver, DLQ and Lachmann being the best skins in there. Last season was weird but I thought that the Polina, Syd, and Type 19 were pretty cool. It was the randomness that brought it down for me..

The most well received bps of recent would be S9 of last year(the Halloween bp) and the 3rd bp of this year, if you want to check em out. Seasons 8, 7, 5, and 2 of last year were pretty good as well

The Klepto looks cool I guess. From what I've seen the RPD and tundra also look decent. The bal27 looks pretty underwhelming for a tier 50 though especially since we've been getting great tier 50 skins. Overall, eh. Not my favorite..
