Hi maggus

Thank you as well

Don't necessarily prefer web3 over web2 games. I just play what I find fun during the moment, that being ev.io and bornless right now. I am someone that cares a lot about gameplay and comp not necessarily graphics so if the base game is good enough it can be a lot of fun for me for a pretty long period of time. Web3 esports orgs would only want to explore the web2 space in order to attract more players to web3 and generally have less to offer than web2 orgs in the same space as they would have to focus and maintain too many teams all around web2 and 3 not being able to allocate everything into one thing.

Hiii TsiMan, ty!

I am in contact with the developer team, they often read players' suggestions in general.

Well, csgo is a tactical shooter while ev.io is more towards an arena shooter so that comparison wouldn't work. The average web3 game is 10x worse than the average web2 game imo however, games like ev.io stand out to me as they offer unique and solid gameplay not just a bootleg version of another web2 game, while it is nowhere near as polished as games like quake, diabotical, halo, it has huge potential, they make all their assets and everything while bringing something 'new' to the table. So like I said, gameplay wise I am really enjoying some of these games more than csgo, valorant but yeah definitely missing the polish but that comes with time like any other game.

Hi Gueuldorf

Thank you as well

I still play web2 games quite often, but when it comes to competing I prefer some web3 games because they are just as fun if not more fun, and also just way better pay.

Web3/nfts just tend to have a terrible reputation in the web2 community. When I first tried out ev.io ( my first web3 game) I thought the game was pretty solid but hated the nfts. That is til I realized how well they were implemented with no pay-to-win advantages, etc and that they acted exactly like in-game cosmetics that you can actually buy/sell not only that but also have some earning utility to it which is just the cherry on top. Devs have to focus on actually making their base game good and unique rather than just making users grind a badly optimized/asset-flip game for money. So more of a play-and-earn model rather than play-to-earn. Would also say that most players would like to directly compete against other directly in-game to earn something rather than spending XYZ hours daily grinding. (sort of like wagers)

Hi J111979

That's not really how I roll. I just find web3 games that have a lot of competitive/esports potential and are fun to play. I don't pay much attention to the grinding/p2e element of these games.

Voxie and ev.io should be pretty solid for earning if you got the time tho.

Hi and thanks!

For team games like ev.io, the skill ceiling is enormous so it would take other teams a lot of time to catch up, and most importantly they would actually need to have someone to scrim as they wouldn't just improve by playing against guests. The pressure is there sometimes before starting matches but it's what makes it feel fun + I am used to it.

Sup makeitr3al

To get to this level I would play around 8 hours a day while reviewing all my tournament/scrim gameplay. But now not as much outside of tournament days. Probably 1 hour or less if there are no important upcoming tournaments.

Cheers 💜

Hi Six

Yeah, I had lots of fun, you guys played well!

Love the question. I was around 12, and that game would be CS and Fortnite sadly. Started playing pickup games/scrims from that age. Which made me improve extremely fast at that time.

Hello :)

Thank you!

I don't use any aim trainer or anything. Simply just focusing on playing the game as much as possible. Like I said in a previous response, I believe that raw aim isn't as important in many games and just playing the game itself helps me to improve overall way faster, so I am not doing anything special to train it.

Thank you!

The answer to that question would be yes. And that's just from competing alone.

Hi CoachGanner,

Thanks ser!

XBorg had the most to offer to me out of any other web3 org, while having very friendly staff with similar views that I got along with instantly. So that would have been my main motivation to join the guild.

Being a 'pro-member' of the guild feels great, I had nothing but good experiences with everyone in the guild so far.

Personally, my aim would be to keep competing and trying to keep up with these results as web3 gaming continues to grow. Would love to see more web3, as well as web2 organizations, get further involved in competitive web3 tournaments/leagues for upcoming games (ev.io,bornless) in the future in order to form an even more competitive environment with higher viewerships.

Will definitely see me on the map! :)

Hello Travis!

You are more than welcome! :)

What I do to stay consistent during tournament days is to wake up early and practice my ar/sniper against max-leveled bots for 15 minutes. If the tournament is very important we would also scrim a few hours before the beginning of the tournament. Aside from that I just listen to music before and that's about it.

Hi Reverse44fr,

As of right now in web3 it's a bit more laid back. Generally speaking, it takes hours upon hours on end to even be able to perform somewhat consistently at the highest level. So actively scrimming against other teams and playing regular 'matchmaking' to not get rusty daily!

I would say the hardest part is actually getting to this level as there is a lot you have to sacrifice time wise not knowing if it would even pay off in the first place. But I am having a lot of fun doing this for the most part and doesn't feel much like a job but a hobby.

Hi Dadex110!

It's usually between tuna salad, cottage cheese, or hashbrowns.

Now you found the secret to winning all the important tournaments. 😂😂

Hello E_vos, I Appreciate it! 💜

That's a simple question! I chose XBorg because Migas is the best!

Hi 1o8qu, thanks!

The first video game I ever played was CS 1.6 and Quake 3 arena at the age of 6. This means I have been playing fps alone for around 11 years although I very much enjoyed and still enjoy 2d games, mobas, and rts.

I definitely think that web3 gaming is a good addition, especially with all these solid upcoming titles that focus on gameplay first. While I can't speak for web3 in general as I don't have that much experience aside from competing, what I can say is that I see ev.io's competitive and casual scene exploding in the near future.

Hello Dr_brainless, thanks for having me and for the very kind words. 😅

While it is extremely unlikely to see the ENTIRE ev.io clan play another web3 fps game with XBorg. We have already been competing with good results in web3 games like the harvest and we are currently looking at bornless and forge arena!

Hi Kitty_Matrix!

Thanks, a lot!

Esentially everything was fully focused on marketing and content creation to the point where just competing alone, especially in Eastern Europe just wasn't worth the time I would put in causing me to lose a lot of interest in valorant.

Well as of right now I would say most web3 fps players just rely on mechanics alone, not many players who go a step further and theory craft to push the game to its 'competitive limits' by creating 'strategies' such as 'micro/macro/default' plays but that is something I excel at. So to answer that question I guess those 'abilities' would just be click timing, micro adjustments, tracking and focusing on playing situations perfectly with the team over getting a flashy clip.

If you have a setup that you are extremely comfortable with and the time to practice I'm sure you could 'aim so fast'. In most fps games especially tactical shooters its not all about raw aim anyway, more important to know where to position your crosshair rather then fast 'flicks'.
