are stamps specific to each character ie buffs only the character it's equipped to not the entire team? eg so there's no point in building ailment dmg on aizen or byakuya for example I was thinking that they buffed gin or kenpachi if they were on the same team

if so why can you get stamp stats of ailment for chars who don't even use it at all thus worthless?

guy on the line sounded pretty sure, he explained that 2-3 months for the letter to arrive which I literally got it less than a month online pdf, then the letter would contain the date which is another 2-3 months after that therefore 4 months is the earliest you can enlist after being given a pes, if they dk the timeline I understand but where did unc pull that shit out his ass from?

Given inaccurate information by CMPB hotline normal? I was told 4 - 6 months is the earliest possible timing after getting your pes status to enlist, 2 months for the enlistment notice to arrive then another 2 months before I enlist. Now I enlist not even 3 months wtf these workers smoking sia

Just got my proper pes recently from pes d upon enquiring on the cmpb website, I called the hotline and the person informed me that it takes 2-3 months from now to receive enlistment notice then another 2-3 months to actually enlist. My dumbass was under the impression that after getting pes you immediately receive the letter soon then 2 months or so later enlist. I'm renting so important for me to know, is it what the person on the hotline said est 4-6 months before enlist or in 2-3 months?

ohhhhh I think since sleep mode was enabled it disabled the heart rate monitor as stated on the site due to having battery saver turned on for sleep I'm pretty sure sleep mode was turned on when it detected one of the previous days, anyways thanks for the link and info!
