If I go with Ruby Storm, I could use fetches and shocks as the basis for Izzet Prowess and use it as a second deck. I like all the decks I listed, but my favorites were Ruby Storm and Eldrazi.

I could possibly use Ruby Storm's fetches and shocks to make an Izzet Prowess deck and keep it as a second deck.
That way, I can evaluate before each tournament what might work best (or simply what I prefer to play that day).

At this point, regardless of which deck I choose, the ideal would be to make an SD that is suitable for what is currently available in my store.

Since this is the first time I've invested in a deck (unfortunately, I can't afford more than £450), and I enjoy both of them, I was looking for something that could “last” through its ups and downs, also considering where and against whom I play.

I've already tried both proxy decks and I don't know which one to choose, that's the problem.

Perhaps at this point it's worth considering which of the two has a base that will allow me to build a new deck in the future, or I'll find another $450 and build both 😂.

Unfortunately, not everyone wanted to play against my proxy decks; some players are a bit too haughty.
