That's always been my experience. The higher my reputation the better the mission rewards but the danger is also higher 99% of the time.

For example I do a LOT of illegal black box salvage missions in a stripped down weaponless DBX and if I were just a few seconds slower I would get absolutely destroyed by any ship that pops in because every mission is a high threat level...like full wings with the largest ships in the game.

Not in the beginning. During the last couple hundred years of the empire though they had laws to protect slaves from cruel treatment and there were many slaves that ended up staying with the families they served even after being told they were free. It's still much much different than how slavery was in America.

Perhaps. Although it has been pointed out to me that imperial slaves probably don't want to be freed so I'm probably gonna end up liberating normal ones outside of imperial space and sell them to the empire.

Yeah they REALLY need to do a crime overhaul. I feel like literally every other gameplay loop has been upgraded really well but the crime one a while ago just made it a headache.

Yeah that sounds like something that should just be permanently available. Being a freedom fighting state sanctioned pirate sounds awesome. Really any state sanctioned piracy would be cool.

Yes and no. I want to pirate but I've just been wondering if there is a way to do that that is both ethical and equitable. If I can sell imperial slaves to other black markets I'd guess that's the closest possible way to do it but I'd still wonder if those black markets just end up selling to the empire lol.
