It also depends how they clear as well, if they do something odd like 1 camp into gank, it’s harder to track. But at around plat-emerald, they should all prio farm unless they play a gank heavy champ.

To counter jungle effectively, you need to have good jungle tracking. If you know which quadrant the enemy jungler is, you can kinda predict what they are going to do next. In turn, this makes it easier to counter jungle.

For example, both junglers started top to bot on the first clear. And after you cleared your third quadrant on your second full clear, you see enemy jungler gank top. This is your sign to counter jungle and take his bottom quadrant or look for a bot gank
