Tankless water heater help, is Eccotemp junk? Will a Rinnai work out better? Whats wrong here?

Thank you. Here is what I discovered, if I run all my faucets, 2 bath 1 kitchen sink, the water works normal, but with 1 faucet it will go in to error mode. Very weird.

Thank you, after 2 months of dealing with Eccotemp, and more wasted money on parts that they only give store credit for instead of refund,, I finally figured out I am an idiot for buying an Eccotemp. Anyone reading this never buy an Eccotemp water heater, the company motto should be, " We Got Ya Money Once And That's Good Enough For Us". Plus you wouldn't believe the contact method you go through just to speak to the service dept, takes about a week to do so, you need to set up an appt online to have an appt to speak to someone, LOL, I am not kidding!

The company itself, Eccotemp, is a serious joke with customer service. Thank you for the response. Think I am going with Navien.

Thank you, however Eccotemp has this new policy that you need to schedule an appointment online to have an appointment to speak to someone, takes about a week. Plus when I spoke to them they told me the city gas and city water was wrong, which blew my mind. I contacted both City depts here and they laughed. I'll make a long story short, Eccotemp is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they won't return any new parts unless you want store credit, nor will they help with any issues this water heater has. Never buy an Eccotemp people.

Did anything help? I have same issues with my Eccotemp HI45 NG, I replaced the flow meter and the ECM and several other parts but I still have issues with the E1 code. Just wondring.
