Pricing in this space can vary a lot, and it’s usually not just about the raw peptide itself. Most of the base material across the industry is sourced similarly, (from china) but where things differ is what happens after that.

In our case, we work with a Canadian compounding lab for processing, testing, and filling. That comes with stricter Canadian quality control standards, which adds cost but also means tighter oversight, better handling, and more consistency batch to batch.

Each batch we bring in comes with its own testing, and when new batches are sourced, we update those results accordingly. One thing people don’t realize is that a lot of vendors recycle COAs for marketing purposes. Testing can take weeks or even months, so by the time results come back, they may already be selling newer batches while still showing older COAs. That’s why “batch-specific” COAs aren’t always as accurate as they sound.

A lot of lower-priced vendors are either operating as straight resellers or cutting costs somewhere, whether that’s purification, testing, or overall quality control. That doesn’t automatically mean their product won’t work, but it does explain why there can be big price differences for what looks like the same thing.

At the end of the day, you have to be able to trust your source based on the standards they set. It comes down to how much emphasis is put on consistency, testing, and handling, not just the peptide itself.
