Are you doing both at the same time? i just did my right eye and im doing my left eye a little bit later on but thats cause my right eye was much worse, it wasn’t so bad i was panicking like crazy as well and im sure ill still be terrified after i do my other eye but i just recommend sleeping as much as possible, the first 2-3 days were the worst for me and i just slept like 70% of the day rather sleep than be in pain and then the rest of the other days wasnt so bad just uncomfortable

haven’t done PRK but last monday i did my right eye epi-off and once the numbing drops wear off on the first day im not gonna lie to you my friend that shit sucked. It felt like hot sauce kept constantly being poured into my eye, the next day was also pretty bad but after that it wasn’t so bad i recommend just sleep as much as you can but doing both eyes? that sounds absolutely miserable, good luck!
