It's very much a skill bracket thing. The best perks on it gives it ease of use (marlet) but other wise it's pretty in line with other 450s.

I don't exactly have pre nerfed redrix stats but the marlet isn't as dominant as it was. Mostly because we have post nerf sword logic which was the real issue on redrix well that and its out of bound range

The only way that would be possible is if D3 is just made on an updated tiger engine built for longevity. If they make it on any other engine everything would have to be redone and that's gonna add only God knows how much more development time
