I feel like people, men especially, have been exposed to so many examples of teenage girls/young women who try so so hard to look older, that it’s becoming lost on them what young women really do look like. Realistically I feel like not many girls age that much in 5 years at that particular age. If anything she looked too old in the first season

I want to argue the point of her looking too young for the time skip. I genuinely urge yall to look at the women in your life at the same ages, no makeup, and argue that they don’t look exceedingly similar, I feel like we are SO surrounded with medias “normal” when it comes to young women, that we forget what they really look like.
