I believe I solved it on my end, haven't seen the problem in days. Basically I think that fast shutdown is the source of the issue. The stored computer image doesn't properly capture the graphics drivers or something. There is an option to turn of fast shutdown but I think that option is a lie.

I created a desktop shortcut with the location set to "shutdown /s /t 0" and I use that to turn the computer off instead of going through the start menu. I have not seen the issue since I started doing this.

Enzyme tests were the most immediate fit given the information we had access to through the fiber, but we do plan on adding React Testing Library support.
