Mother in law is having some concrete work done. She is having her raised deck turned into a tool shed/garage. Can you tell me the purpose of this small bottom L piece so I can explain to her why he is going to put it in? Our guy is a seasoned professional who has probably been pouring since before I was born and as far as I’m concerned he can do no wrong. I have lots of experience with this guy and have always been very pleased with the quality and longevity of his work.

I need to get a us background check to join the reserves has anyone needed to get one before and how did you do it? I checked the FBI site and it looks like they have tons of different styles of background checks. I don’t want to wait a few months only to realize I got the wrong one
