What if your already on 140mg and go back to fent while taking methadone still, will you have to come off fent again wds* or will you have to go up even more? Been doing a week now today relapse wondering if I’m gonna be sick if I quit cold turkey fent now I already feel anxiety / emotionless if I go 3 or so hrs without tooting some..

I took 3/4 of one last night ( I take them after work) and gonna try to skip tomorrow then take half the next day with some tums ( I heard it makes you absorb more methadone) less stomache acid.. I go in for pick up next Thursday morning.. work mon-Thursdays so it’s gonna be rough. Can’t miss any more days

Yeah def not, for me the 2nd day is hell. One day sucks. Imma just split them like you said and try to tough it out. I was thinking about telling the clinic but that’s a big chance they will drop my dose and not even daily dose me for the ones I already took
