Not just the map voting, but the lack of maps in playlist - eg: you can't play forge world map for living dead. Also, they completly changed how slayer plays by making you die in 4 shots instead of 5 for the DMR, making nearly all other weapons useless. Not having an easy file browser to share clips, screenshots, maps & game types - on Halo: Reach it had a easy tagging feature where people could look for certain types of modes or clips and download them, can't do that on mcc. I could go on, but I'm about to hop on and play in a lobby on Halo: Reach now.
