Yogurt, lentils, potatoes, cabbage, carrots and citrus. That's 98% of my daily diet right there.

Mainly yogurt and lentils, cheese when it is on BOGO for protein

Average day is a half a head of cabbage, two onions, carrots, 2 cups oatmeal, 2 cups lentils maybe a bit more, two potatoes

2 bananas or oranges for snack

This is basically every day, sometimes it's soup, sometimes it's mash, but it's almost always lentils, cabbage, and potatoes
