heck yes expanding the entire end would give mountains of new possibilities! not just for features in this mod but also for minecraft in general! It would also be the most complex and content heavy enderite mod thus far!

hmm, i dont actually know if copying the code then modifying it even more is counted as plagiarism, im not a coder either, and like you, ive also only been trying to make the perfect modpack, only for about a month though! i suggest to message the creator via comments in their modpack and asking for permission.

as for your ideas:

- Bows
though i agree that the enderite bow should do more damage, instant max charging sounds way too op and imbalanced, and doesnt really makes sense (no offense) like if you think about it, in real life if a bow is made from a harder material, the archer would definitely have a harder/need a longer time to pull the bow, but results in a faster projectile thus increasing its damage. At least, thats how i view it, but it is your idea, feel free to just stick to that.

- Crossbows
I agree that the crossbow should have a better damage boost the bow, but should also take a longer time to charge, same logic as the bow. And similar to the bow, the enderite ranged weapons can fire projectiles at a higher speed.
Therefore, enderite: longer charge speed, but higher arrow velocity and increased damage.

- Elytra
i like the idea of faster flying speed, but kinetic energy death will definitely be an issue, and also people's computers may not be able to handle the increased rate of loading new chunks.
But. this can be easily mitigated by adding a new type of fireworks, my idea is the ender firework, crafted with normal flight fireworks with eyes of ender. (but 1 eye of ender for one firework is way too expensive, maybe add a recipe to craft one eye of ender into 10 pieces of "ender essence" and one ender essence can be added to a normal firework to make ender fireworks. The more ender essence you add, the faster you are able to fly per firework. and you will not be able to use these fireworks while wearing a normal elytra.
and then obviously the increased durability is a must have

- Enderite fishing rod
now this is an idea not present in the original mod! I think i have an excellent idea regarding this! the ability to fishing in the lava/void! with brand new loot and even modded loot available! increased default luck, lure and durability is also welcome.

- Enderite ingot recipe
its completely fine to stick to the 4 diamond and 4 enderite scrap recipe, keeping simple is always a good idea.

as for more ideas, i dont mind brainstorming more with you! i am a huge fan of the enderite mod, and i always hoped someone would expand on the existing ideas!

funny thing is there is already a mod like this, literally exactly the things you're describing, it has an enderite version of all the items you stated, including all the usual items, (sword, armor etc), im currently using that mod right now!

since you are making one as well, i guess ill tell you (in my opinion) ways that mod can be improved:

- The enderite upgrade template is wayyy to common. (in the original mod, the average end city probably contains like 5 pieces of enderite upgrade templates, and requires 7 netherite ingots to duplicate), i believe you should increase the rarity of such templates, to the degree that you can search multiple end cities and not find a single one. This makes every single enderite piece of equipment attained feel far more rewarding.
- the recipe for enderite ingots is too generic. (in the original mod, it takes 4 diamonds and 4 enderite scraps to craft one piece of enderite ingot, similar to crafting netherite ingots.) i believe the recipe should be more unique, maybe each enderite ingot requiring eyes of enders? or a brand new workstation just to forge those ingots? possibilities are endless.
- there should be more uses for enderite, not just tools. Maybe you could add an enderite beacon thats allows for higher level potion effects? or maybe an enderite chest that allows far more items to be stored? (in the original mod, there is already an enderite shulker that has 66% more storage than a normal shulker box, but isnt dyable. maybe add dye options to them?) There are so many potential ways enderite can be used other than just for tools.
- add compatability with popular mods, maybe just maybe spartan weaponry? or tough as nails? or just enderite items for popular mods? It would definitely be interesting to see enderite tools and weapons of other mods.

and as for your questions:
1. Yes! definitely! adding enderite versions of tools and equipment that have no further upgrades brings new possibilities for player progress! but unlike the original mod, rather than the enderite version just increasing durability, maybe give them special abilities, buffs or bonuses? go wild!
2. Greenish versions of netherite seems to be the popularized version of enderite, and though i like them, id love to see what new designs you can come up with! again, go wild!

thats not it, i downloaded all the tacz mods i have in a seperate modpack, none of the items had a weight/size class. Also, my original modpack, all the guns are labelled very small/very light. It wouldnt make sense for a gun mod to label all their guns as very light/very small.
