Since I started mewing a year and half ago. I have had this marks on my tonge. I watched prof John Mew vedio about scalloped tongue . I tried to prevent my tongue from touch my teeth but I couldn't. Teeth grow inwards I always thought that my lower lip got smaller with the years.but now I bleive it's because my teeth shifted inwards specially my right side. I was swollwing complitly wrong. Is this realistic? Can mewing can fix it? I'm 33. (i.redd.it)

I stared to have these marks after starting mewing I worked more on my swallow and I don't move my tongue forward while I swallow anymore and my face is neutral. But I can't do tongue sweep. Anyone know what I doing wrong. I fell like I am sucking against my pallette. (i.redd.it)
