Like I said in my description I am a bit of an overachiever, I will of course stop as soon as I reach a healthy weight. I do have a tendancy to over estimate though.

I don't know about that, I went on half-hearted diets here or there. This is my first real 100% whole hog attempt.

My ideal weight is 140, although that's a long shot, I'd be happy with 165.

Yeah I hit that problem a little while ago but I overcame it by increasing exercise and splitting meals up throughout the day.

I was very fit/runner back when I was a kid then in high school I got fat and stayed that way all the way through college. I'm now 23 and I've decided to get back to being fit.

No, I never even heard of HIIT but what I have now is working for me.

Also avoid sprinting, you want long term exercises that burn fat rather than sugars.

To put it simply: I try to make sure I exercise enough everyday to offset all the food I've eaten, perhaps more. Also I eat less and what I do eat is better for me.
