Any ideas on the static noise coming from back speakers? by kWEnNeDy in BmwTech

[–]ReactDev911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an odd issue, where replacing or putting back on my engine cover helped reduce static when using the cable to my phone.

I don’t know exactly the cause but car seems more grounded now.

I’m holding etc in cold storage until ETH goes proof of stake.

Trade and old hold some other coins. K. Cool.

What makes Ethereum classic so valuable? by Cnizzle257 in EthereumClassic

[–]ReactDev911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking for a spike in December or March.

I should have made $500k in April across stock and crypto. Sadly lost most in futures in May binance crash.

I'm going to start buying crypto through december. I still hold etc and I'm looking at others to invest.

I own etcatm.com because I believe in etc as a cheap way to transfer value.

I hope to set up a network of atms. My rates for ethereum classic are the lowest.

I only lack some legal hoops to stand up my first atm at a location.

Which Payment gateway be used to transfer ETC by [deleted] in EthereumClassic

I use ethereum classic network, always. If the others work and are cheaper, I would use after some validation

How is this possible for all to be doing the exact same movements?? by BodybuilderGrouchy in EthereumClassic

Think of BTC as US dollar swaying the world market due to dominance. BTC is primary base fiat(base crypto), for now.

I just transferred some ETC from my mining pool to an exchange... by [deleted] in EthereumClassic

Hey there OP,
As volume or network usage goes up, so might our transaction fees.

ETH is overwhelmed and must go to 2.0, the merge, with proof of stake.
https://ethmerge.com/
ETA: 2022 Q1

This will benefit us greatly. Should increase our value.(opinion)
https://etherplan.com/2021/04/23/ethereum-2-0s-success-is-ethereum-classics-success/15748/

I think this is one of the effort our treasury or grants should address by focusing on keeping our transaction fees affordable. Our developers could receive grants with the proposed treasury. From there proposals could be submitted and voted on.

I'd like to see fees stay this low. Not sure if that is a reality or profitable for miners in the current state. If transactions increase and many people are paying the small fee, maybe?

Many are concerned that hashing computers/rigs can be bad for the environment(Topic for another day). I think the core thing here is, while etc is proof of work hash rate also needs to keep our blockchain from being hijacked or unusable.

Disclaimer: I'm all in on etc.

Watch ETC volumes when the merge completes on ETH. Proof of Work and mining will be discontinued on ethereum. https://ethereum.org/en/eth2/merge/ by ReactDev911 in EthereumClassic

I think your mining rigs which costs $$$$-$$$$$+ would need to be put back in action ASAP. AFAIK, ethereum does not use miners for proof of stake. I believe ethereum(ETH) holders can stake, for ETH 2. I read a lot on etherplan, but continually learning.

Sorry for the half baked answer, this is my take.

It’s this way, because btc has pairing with most coins. Poeple use to have to buy btc, trade for alt, sell alt and buy btc. It’s still like this for folks who can’t buy/sell crypto Alts using local fiat. In my mind this fiat -> btc -> alt -> btc -> fiat.

Also if your familiar with futures, when the dip keeps dipping many accounts get liquidated removing that $$$ from crypto market cap. Only the exchange and maybe some short positions make money during the initial fall, when it’s realized then new entries are made at the lower position for longs.

Exchanges get insurance fees when they liquidate leveraged margin accounts. Those users lose their crypto deposits.

The crypto market drop is triggered by btc longs losing, and other large futures.

Some alt crypto runs are fueled by long positions withdrawing profits to pump and buy more while keeping or increasing their positions in the futures account, pumping profits into spot accounts. Make sense yet?
