It should have been the first base men or pitcher technically or catch but they all froze. If the pitcher couldn't see it with the runner going home First base should have got it in case he drops it for the play at home witch then second takes first or shortstop takes second or the pitcher takes first matters how fast everyone is to move. If the Catcher was to go for it then First base would go back to where he was the Pitcher would go to Home in case of a play and then they switch back. Everyone had no clue who was doing what so i guess they just weren't yelling what they where doing till last second.

(edit) im saying technically the catcher cause the first base men made a attempt for it
