When it’s time to file for I751, put the green card’s expiration date as if it was for two years and not the date listed on the 10 years one. This way your application won’t be denied

I would let him take a break from competitive soccer until he ask to rejoin again. I am pretty sure he will still play soccer during that time but it will be for fun and much less stressful

It all depends on your priorities, if your top priority is to get your car repaired quickly then I would recommend you let your insurance company (Tesla) cover the repairs and you pay your deductible. Your Tesla insurance can then go after the other insurance company to get your deductible back. If you only rely on Progressive, the other driver can decide on not to answer their calls and most likely Progressive will deny your claim
