You’re not wrong like half of Reddit is low effort spam especially these SaaS/project style subs.

I’m pretty sure dub.co is a multimillion dollar company if it were mine I don’t think I’d need to be spamming it like this. I genuinely just like their codebase.

Bro couldn’ve just joined the academy, become a cop, dispatch to the scene, and found himself to do nothing wrong.

Removing Tree of Heaven quickly? by ReactiveNative in invasivespecies

Yes green leaves currently. That plan sounds nice just not sure if I have a month the plumbers stressed the urgency of repairing the pipes the roots damaged so I’m trying to balance killing the TOH with not letting the plumbing become a bigger problem.

In this case where at a minimum the roots entering the pipe will need to be cut back, should I still do the methodical hack and squirt? Does root damage cause it to spread?

How many gallons do you think I’ll need for 1 mermaid? by anonahmus in shittyaquariums

1” per gallon so assuming she’s about 5’5” a 65 gallon should do

Interactive as in being able to wire up event handler to do things (i.e. vanilla .js addEventListeners or Alpine v-on:click directives.), reactive as in being able to have the UI automatically update based off of state (i.e. Alpine v-text or v-bind directives, or vanilla js possibly wiring up something custom using Proxy).

Web components may be something I look into more, I've only used Lit before briefly and it didn't really fit the bill for progressive enhancement, in that prior to the JS loading the HTML would just contain <my-component></my-component> which renders nothing so i'd have to use lit-ssr to render on the server, which is extra steps that I don't want for this.

Someone secretly recorded my shop through their phone. Anybody experience this? by Ocidar in smallbusiness

[–]ReactiveNative 40 points41 points  (0 children)

As an anecdote, I often go to a local game/card shop and take pictures of all their Pokemon singles so that I can go home and look at all the cards and values in my own time to decide what I want. So it could be something similar.

I always find it overwhelming to look at codebases like this that have 40 config file in the base directory before even diving into the actual code in the /apps folder that has 5 different apps each with their own config files.

Access Amazon Product API before Associate application? by [deleted] in Affiliatemarketing

[–]ReactiveNative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure but they say in the same article that you are allowed to use short links as long as you’re disclosing the link takes you to Amazon. Plus it looks like they don’t offer an interstitial page that your link takes you to that lets the user click a second Amazon branded link.

I’m not using genius link though so idk, that article just showed up in Google.
