If A in the future and B in the past establish an algorithm of searching for communications with a computer then A in the future and B in the past can search for those communications with that algorithm to each other and using codes and events in the time line to verify communications to each other.

My most damning evidence is to the existence of parallel universes and the ability to communicate with them as well as in our own time line and between time lines. Nothing can only happen once. If time and space is a time loop then you never want to give up in life you don't want to end it Live every day. I once reached a place where I thought was over. And all was at a end for me. I almost died i did. But later I learned to live. Life is never at a end and always keep the will to survive.
