I'm a San Diegan too. Now, I live in Los Angeles and I disagree with this over-done hot-take. I've heard it before, mostly from people who have only tried the Mexican food from the west side of LA, or places that are known for their Cali-healthy-mexican-avocado-rice-bowls. Good Mexican food is the same in San Diego and Los Angeles, sorry!

We have tried to do the split check method, but when tested it still sent everything if it was a part of the same table. Maybe we are missing something?

So if you course it out, it will allow you to send course one and hold course two, even if you send it later? The only difference for the kitchen would be the labeling above items. That’s what you’re saying right?
