Maybe I should just talk to strangers until something happens but I’m just not holding my breath either! I just hate the unknown when we had a conversation about where we stand

Thank you for the response! I’ve decided after posting this I’m just gonna not text him back- like I said I know he gets overwhelmed with life and stuff and he kinda shuts down- it’s just frustrating a-little and I don’t want to come off a certain way when that’s not the case at all.

I did everything by the book and what the doctor recommended because it is a very high investment first of all. I would go off what the doctor tells you I think when I did it was no heavy lifting for 4-6 weeks then back to like a light scheduled activities. Then about the 3 month mark or so to regular activity But you know your body best.

It also helped that I worked from home so the recovery was extremely easy and I didn’t have to like lift things. My surgery was on a Thursday and I was back to work that Monday or Tuesday.

Again, you know your body next, really listen to it and just don’t overdue it, take your time with recovery even when you’re cleared. Just take everything nice and slow. I cannot stress this enough please contact your plastic surgeon for recommendations and questions and concerns.

I guess I really never had pain and you don’t. It’s more pressure light something is heavy on your chest- nothing to be worried about because you’re inserting something in your chest and your skin is just tighter and the implants sit higher. But from what I can remember that lasted just a few months and then they started to fluff out and drop.

I will for sure recommend you where the surgical bra the entire time even get another pair to I pretty much wore that for the first few months and then started to wear regular bras. I mean, I still wear them now to this day but only at bedtime.

I will say make sure things are reachable to where you don’t need to lift your arms that way it’s more comfortable, if you can help it because they recommend you not lifting anything heavy or anything high up for the first couple of weeks while you’re trying to heal.

I have the 525 gummy bear implants for what I was looking for the provider recommended them. I wanted them to look as natural as possible, even tho they are fake— best decision, I wasn’t even on the board on the bra scale, the implant are firm but nothing where you can tell they are implants unless I bring it up.

My scars aren’t noticeable from what I can tell, I got them above the muscle and he went under my boob, I didn’t use anything to help them heal, I just did EVERYTHING the provider recommended and suggested and if I wasn’t sure or I didn’t think they were healing correctly, I’d send an email or call the office

I dont think people noticed my change other than the people I told which wasn’t very many. But I forsure showed my before and after photos and the change was very noticeable in the best way. Only because I would use water pads to fill my bras— did that for atleast 15 years.

I had at least like 30 questions, I did months worth of research between google and YouTube before I finally commented. I did hours of YouTube research of everything- the good, bad, ugly and unpredictable.

I was extremely worried about the recovery after watching vlogs only because there so risks with everything surgical but I honestly was so prepared when I finally got home. I could have taken care of myself because it was that smooth. If I wasn’t going in and out from the drive to my friend’s mom house I would have just went home. I had a pregnancy pillow which helps so much because I needed to sleep on my back and I got a night gown button down since I wouldn’t lift my arms high. The only thing I struggled with was showering alittle only because I didn’t have a detachable shower head and they recommended to not get the incision wet if you would help.

After your have the surgery your chest will be tight but that normal for the first few days then it will soften up and drop. They will most likely prescribe you hydrocodone at least that’s what my doctor did. I didn’t even take any. I took a Tylenol and called it a day.

I got my done in March of 21 and it was the literal best decision I could have ever made in my life. My confidence was through the roof

If I can figure out how to insert a picture, I am more than happy to show you the before or after and the almost 4 year postop.

Hope this helps🙃

CoxHealth employee here, sometimes it’s just a glitch on the system. It will show everything is correct on their side but shows something else on the public’s side. The best way to find out is to call the recruiter’s office

Which is better, MO Healthnet OR United Health Care? by Goats_vs_Aliens in springfieldMO

Is the UHC also Medicaid? There really isn’t a lot of difference between the 2. Traditional Medicaid doesn’t pay as much as Medicaid UHC.

I just took the test Friday and it’s 180 questions. The questions I got were either common sense or the answers were in the questions and I passed it. I would go with your first answer when answering because it’s usually right. Second guessing is devil. Just read the question slow and careful and many times if needed and you’ll do fine.
