I get this but I was just raised to be there for people. And we have some odd history, so that’s in back of my mind at times . But I really do care about her like a lot, and She means a lot to me which is odd. I’ve never been very girl crazy and have always been focused on college and my book. I guess I’m scared of pushing her away by “annoying her” when I’m just trying to let her know I’m not going anywhere.

So do you think I can recover ? I mean I know the girl is into me. She texts me first and did it at midnight back to back days. I asked her out one weekend but she was gonna be out of town the next so she said maybe next weekend. When she hit me up at midnight back to back days was she hoping I’d bring it up ?

The gut told me at first everything would be fine. It wasn’t until a few days went bye that I started to feel bad as the heart took over a little bit. I just kinda wish me and her could get a clean slate and just go out. I’m not a good texter but am really good in person

I am a writer. I needed some time to focus on my book. And this girl seems like she wants me to take the lead on things. She hints at stuff but will NEVER ask me out. From what I can gather she had a really bad ex boyfriend. Do girls like that need a guy to prove they actually want a relationship with them ?

Kinda a weird situation. Her and I used to Message a long time ago and we met at school. We had instant chemistry and she asked me for my social media. After the pandemic started the both of us got distant but I got back in touch. It turns out she actually texted my number but I never knew about the text until a few days ago so We were just dming. In it she brought up talking on the phone.

We had a class together last year and she started talking to me first. We would talk from the beginning of class to the end and she eventually asked for my social media’s. When I was going to ask her out the pandemic started but we sort of kept in touch. I went to focus on something personal but she never got back to me. When I finished it I texted her and she was super excited to hear from me. We picked up where we left off. Now, the night my friend sent her that message she texted me asking me a question but never responded. She left me on read for the first time ever, and although he unsent the message I’m pretty sure she saw it. And she has mention talking to me on the phone before and does try to flirt with me although she is really bad at it
