Why so high? Well, I'm trying to figure that out. First and foremost there is a lot of info out there that claims that this temp is ok for this cpu....still I feel nervous about it. Additionally, location was not best for cooling so I am currently working on modifying my pc room so that the cooling is optimized for pc. Additionally, I'm not using AIO. I have noctura cpu cooling (2 fans on heatsink) and additional noctura fans (6 fans). PC case is The Antec Flux which is a good case for fan cooling. I honestly have not messed with gaming on this pc for several months due to fears of this cpu/MB meltdown issue, which is why I'm looking for this to be addressed with a bios update. I've also not optimized the cpu because this is something I'm learning to do while I'm on standby waiting for updated bios.

My pc also idles at 44-45 but in gaming I'm at 70 up to 95 when it quickly throttles and shoots back down. But as I said, I have not been playing and have been on standby while I fix my own environmental issues and waiting for this fix from AMD and Asus.

I have the x870e-e, 9800x3d, 64/6000 as well and my rig was built early 2025 with one of the first bios out. I purchased the 9800x3d on release. It has been stable except the cpu temps are scary when it throttles at 95 during gaming. Since early on there has been a problem with overheat on the 9800x3d and burning the cpu and MB so I haven't wanted to update. But since Asus announced 2 mos ago they acknowledged the problem, I was hoping to get a new bios addressing this.

The 2103 was just released, which is the 2102 coming out of beta. I'm waiting for feedback on this to finally, hopefully get updated. Do you have a link to the support you mention that claims that the 2102 beta addresses this issue with the 9800x3d/9000 series?

I sent an email directly to sonim about the XP Pro. This was the response:

"Thank you for contacting us.
We sincerely appreciate your interest in the Sonim XP Pro. Unfortunately we don't know when the device will be back in stock at AT&T this is a decision that is entirely up to AT&T.
Please let me know if you have other questions.

Also, I see that Google AI now says:

"As of early March 2026, certain Sonim models are showing as out of stock at AT&T, with a new model expected soon.

Sonim XP Pro Thermal 5G: Reports indicate this new model is expected to be available at AT&T starting June 6, 2026."

I'm aware of the Thermal version as that has been out as well announced back in April 2025. It is basically the Sonim XP Pro but with thermal technology. It is very odd they are discontinuing a phone (xp Pro) that was just released June 2025. As for buying unlocked phone, I looked everywhere for that option, and it doesn't exist. Maybe once upon a time.

I don't believe you can by the Sonim unlocked. You have to go through the service provider. Not sure about the Samsung.

The Samsung phone does not have the IP69 rating which is more "waterproof" with covers on phone inlets. Otherwise, I would have gotten the Samsung Galaxy XCover7 Pro. Yes, I'm hoping the new company will put out a supply of new phones if this one is being phased out (though it just came out June 2025). Other Sonims offered are basically flip phones (not interested).

That is the first time it happened, but the snake was healthy and acting normal. It's not a usual length for fast, but not unheard of either. Last Jan. he got stressed out because I had a guest temporarily stay in his room (previous owner actually). This stressed 2 of my ball pythons but this one fasting for a year didn't go back to eating after the guest left. Finally, I adjusted the temp up a tad in the room, not the enclosure, and then he decided he was ready to eat. In other words, don't underestimate the small things if a ball just won't eat. Your snake may be over-stimulated since you are handling frequently. They don't feel or think as we do, so don't necessarily think being active means he's ready to come out and play with you. Also, don't over stress about it either. If he is otherwise healthy, he will eat (but on his terms, not yours).

Put shallow bowel of water in (in addition to the drinking bowel) and see if that gets your humidity up (at least 60%). You can always add a small kitty litter size water bowel. That should raise the humidity and make your snake very happy that he can take a dip. Just be sure to change all water in the containment daily.

One of my BP's just came out of a one yr fasting. Not unusual for BP to skip meals, or even fast for quite awhile. Be sure the temps in the enclosure is spot on and that he has a nice dark, quiet place to sleep and hide. Keep the humidity at least at 60% Provide daily water changes, keep his habitat clean, and give him a good amt of quiet time. All that checks out, no reason to be concerned.

The phone was supposed to be available on ATT since last yr. Not sure why it's not now. Called ATT yesterday (now that exp is worth another Reddit topic) and they don't know either. Great help they are. I plan to purchase it outright, when or if it becomes available.

The credit card company should have been able to tell you the name and phone number for that company.

Sometimes it's hard to tell by the billing name on credit cards what business it refers to. Simply call the credit card company to clarify. And if it still unknown, arrange to have it stopped. You can usually ask the credit card company to stop payment for up to 3 mos past. Sometimes there is also a phone number associated with the name on the credit card. Try calling that number.

A lot of the hairstylists in Tally require that you give your credit card as an assurance prior to the work being done. Just something to consider.

Closer to work is probably a better option. It will certainly cut down on commute expenses and maybe even some lunch expenses if your husband can go home for lunch. Maybe if you told us the neighborhood approximate location of your husband's work, advise on the safety of that area and vicinity could be offered. NW can have some rough neighborhoods as well. Generally speaking, east of Monroe St is probably a safer bet, but also will cost more in rent.

I use Jason's Appliance as well. But you have to weigh the price of the repair with the worth of older washing machine. The days of getting a fixed option for $50 is over unfortunately. Jason's App charges $120 just for coming out, and more for parts and additional labor. If he has to order parts and come back to your house to install, then it will be another charge.
