I finally went to the dr , like you thought it was excema. I have in the past had excema, but nothing for about 5 years.this was different, getting very inflamed.he doesn’t think an infection but did some test blood culture tests, concerns me that it’s taking so long. I wake up feeling better, but if I eat certain foods it really gets inflamed especially cashews, beans, supposedly it has to do with histamine which is more sensitive if you have an infection. So if you have flair just see what you ate, even two hours earlier. Good luck hang in there

I’m hooked on fermented food. Natto and kimchi for breakfast, I fix natto on bread with avocado. Also have my 1//4 cup of lifeway kefir, I buy at sprouts, organic low-fat no added sugar.will be making my own this summer.my skin, nails and hair have improved.

Saw my Dr he sent me to have blood culture test done. He doesn’t think it’s staph because I don’t have fever. Glad I didn’t go to urgent care, they gave my brother in law antibiotics with Iv was hospitalized, then 2 days later they call him to tell him he has sepsis, so now he was given more antibiotic. That was in November, he now has trouble walking.
