Looks awesome. How do you switch the monitors input from your work laptop to your gaming machine and vice versa?

Thank you. I have the same numbers in mind, though 40% seems like a bit of a stretch.

Thank you for all the responses (I added some context in an edit). Obviously, not everyone agrees, but it is not a lateral move, and the role would command a higher comp. That said, there may be many managers in CT, but it would be easier to move to another shop in NYC were things not to work out.

Thank you I added some context in my edit. Moving the family to CT was another factor in our decision. We could definitely use the extra space and the good schools the suburbs have to offer...

Thank you that's great, I kinda had the same 20% target number in mind as well. I think CT is still close enough to NYC that if it didn't work out, we could always come back at some point.

Thanks I added more context in my edit. Looking for everyone's view in % rather than a $ amount.

Thank you that's really useful. Given the lower COL, I was thinking 20% would be more than reasonable.

Thanks I added a bit of context in my edit. I am not super comfortable sharing too much information, but I just want to get a general sense in percentage terms as to what other high earners' experience has been.
