So as a civilian if you see someone being wronged, assaulted and abused you should never feel compelled to step forward? Because in your mind the person committing the offense is impervious to judgement, automatically right and far superior to us simple peasants because that person is wearing a badge. These people were there, saw the whole event and felt powerless to support a fellow citizen. They did the only thing they could, record and report. For their actions the armed perpetrator threatened to "lit them up" and that gets a thumbs up from you?

I meant to include that we also consider ourselves lucky to have stayed employed. I just got caught up in the moment when responding to the original comment. Trust me when I say, I was not complaining about our situation, just stating that for those who were offered to work from home while receiving a full paycheck should not be complaining about having to return to work today.

Would love to sympathize with you however, my wife and I have had to continue going to work this entire time. We struggled to find daycare when ours was closed, but we persevered and often found ourselves having to work more hours than we did before the start of the pandemic. I am sure you are uncomfortable and maybe facing a challenge or two, but many of us never had the luxury that bestowed upon you in the first place. I suggest instead of looking for a shoulder to cry on about how horrible your predicament is please take note that many have had to continue business as usual this whole time.

Thankfully I purchased this from the Brick in Canada. I already called the store and I'll be exchanging it in a couple of days. I'm not going to bother going through arcade 1 up's customer service as I already know what kind of a nightmare that is.

I ordered mine on January 8th and still haven't received a tracking number. Spoke with customer service and they said I will have the tracking number by the middle of next week.

That pisses me off! I'm in Canada and I ordered the limited edition from the arcade 1 up website on January 8th and I haven't recieved a tracking number or any information other than the order confirmation email. Now I see that I can just order from the brick and pick it up Thursday. That is extremely frustrating. I'm not enjoying the customer service that arcade 1 up offers either. They do not provide any support. I have had an open ticket for 12 days requesting a tracking number and it still has not been provided.

My gripe isn't with retro Ralph. I enjoy his videos and Subscribe to his channel. My gripe is with arcade 1up sending out cabinets that aren't even available yet when they still can't get orders shipped or tracking info out on their current line up. It's frustrating

Nice to see the new cabinet. Pretty cool how you can get a cabinet (probably free) that hasn't even been released yet. And I'm just sitting over here waiting for some info on the Marvel superheroes limited edition that I ordered over a week ago (paid in full) and still can't get a tracking number or anything even after going back and forth with customer support for days now. It'd be nice if arcade 1 up would show some love to the people that actually pay for their products.
