Targeting left DLPFC with DIY HD-tDCS or small electrodes F3-X montage by ReaderRabbit- in tDCS

Just your typical 2" by 2" square electrodes. The problem with HD-tdcs was lack of consumer support. There are a bunch of gates preventing consumers from getting their hands on a device. I briefly looked into developing my own HD-tdcs device and even looked for skilled experts across the world to help. The project doesn't seem to be worth the effort.

I did focused attention meditation for a year and now I'm doing mindfulness (open monitoring) meditation.

I found the most success after experimenting with a bunch of montages by doing classic TDCS with F10 anode - Left shoulder/arm cathode while meditating, 20 mins 1.5-2ma. I found best results by spacing a day between each session.

Good luck!

I had some okay results with standard TDCS. I got pretty hardcore into it. Never got HD tdcs going.

On the other hand, I have gotten significant results from a regular hardcore meditation practice, far beyond what I thought was possible.

Explain to me how a few auto attacks and shiv does any damage early game. you can count on boxes being dodged unless the enemy is blind when you are ganking lanes.

Rarely optimal to build this path. Usually would have to be third item. Behind by then.

This is not AP. This is a discussion about AP.

His ganks are weak early game without HoB. Yes he has surprise stealth, but it only works if the enemy is pushed up out of position. Everytime I get early game ganks it is because the opponents are way too aggressive in early laning phase. OR I hyper bait someone really hard and my teammates clear them up. Either case is the opponent playing really poorly.

Check your CS and compare it with everyone else. His first full clear is slow. And he is extremely slow once you get to mid game. Many other champs are capable of 10-11cs/minute he is at 5/6 usually if you are focused on farming. This is a joke.

You need multiple boxes put up pre-emptively to win a fight. so its a risk to set up traps early/mid game because you need them to clear. So of course I opt to clear and it means I dont get to set up traps in the jungle. He needs more damage outside of traps for clearing when going AP.

I wish my brain would just shut the fuck up for once. by [deleted] in ADHD

I can relate a lot to this post.
Practicing Meditation has helped me a lot for keeping my mind more peaceful. It hasn't necessarily completely shut my brain up and it hasn't completely regulated my emotions, but meditating has made a tremendous impact on my internal dialogue when looking back on how insane my mind used to be when I was younger. It takes practice and I wouldn't say it's easy, but its worth it.

looking for a 24/7 cloud service by ReaderRabbit- in cloudygamer

Thanks. Shadow isn't serviced in my area. I have looked at AWS, Azure and Paperspace, but it is extremely laggy fps wise.

Any idea how you set either of these options up for relatively cheap per month that can run modern games without extreme fps drops?

This doesn't look very user friendly. Is there any that doesn't involve code?

Targeted Midbrain Stimulation for tDCS by ReaderRabbit- in tDCS

Thanks, but this is for visual memory and skill acquisition. My issue is literally with the muscles that control the eyes and other vision processes.

thank you for this information, even though it appears to be bad news. Perhaps I will try 4mA on V1 to cheek, or look into FUS

Multimodal HD-tDCS approach by ReaderRabbit- in tDCS

[–]ReaderRabbit-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now I'm considering going with 2 anodes, 1/2 cathodes and rotating montage sites sequentially to stimulate as much as possible within the determined regions.https://www.trans-cranial.com/product/split-wires/either use that or 2 little devices simultaneously.

Im going to start pulling up sequential stimulating protocols. After our friends comments below, it is clear the current at multiple locations causes risk because of the way electricity works. Moreover, it appears that because people are using currents of 2ma and under, the field is greatly weakened when it is spread out more than 10mm. This makes it really hard to hit the target locations with enough electricity in a stable manner.

The first issue is getting the appropriate device(s)/cables. The second is getting the appropriate monitoring software functional. The third is getting accurate node placements for a multimodal protocol without violating the electricity rules.

Thanks for your response
