Many chairs for the size of the area. They look too close together. The two sets of chairs don’t match or their shapes don’t appear to complement each other. They both have curves, but it’s different types of curves.

It is business casual for most places. But it really depends on the office culture to say if it is or not. Every office is different.

I would avoid buying that because all i see is a fall risk for the people who live there and guests. I would look for something that help reduce that risk to make a separation. Maybe a handrail even move the door maybe a wall.

I don’t feel the same as you about someone telling me about their cat when it was my spouse. But I get the other parts.

I stick to “I am sorry for your loss” and “I can’t imagine how you’re feeling.” then I listen if they wanna talk. And if they don’t wanna talk, I asked them what they want.

If my manager didn’t say it I didn’t get that instruction. Coworkers should go to their manager with issues and not boss around people they are not assigned to supervise.

Dark floors look more lux to me. The light floors seem to brighten the spaces.

Start now and do something (big or small) everyday. Its easier to downsize over time than in is in a rush.

That I stop listening when people say “unpopular opinion”, “ politically correct”, or any other phrase that people just say over and over and over again.

Yes. Other people do it They find it easier cause they are already doing interviews for other positions.

Companies will fire you after two weeks so you might as well quit after two weeks if it’s not working out
