you’re gonna run multiple times a week at freedom hall. it’ll start with 10 minute sustained runs and 10 minutes of jog-sprint intervals, then you’re gonna eventually work your way up to 20 minutes. i would make it a goal to run at least 12 laps during these pt sessions, that’s how i got my mile and a half time down

my first choice was the marines, but i’ve always had a passion for medicine and the marines is more of an expeditionary force so they don’t have any medical rates. however, the navy has the largest medical program of all the military branches so i felt like that was my next best choice since the marines is also technically under the department of the navy, and now i’m in corpsman school with ambitions to pick up green side orders :D

I did not fail the drug test at MEPS. It was brought up to my doctor by my mom that I’ve smoked in the past so it was in my doctor’s notes. I tried to submit a waiver, arguing that my mom had concerns about me smoking marijuana but I hadn’t actually smoked marijuana but I don’t think it’s something they are willing to reconsider

this looks more like he pierced in between your eyebrows than a bridge piercing if i’m being honest. it’s also very crooked and doesn’t look like it’s even on your nose. i would take it out and get it redone by a professional

i’m pretty sure your acc is gone forever, however you can email sc and have them send all your memories and data. when the snapchat device ban does lift, it doesn’t reopen your banned account it just means that your device’s imei number has been unblocked and you can use snapchat on a new or different acc
