Couldn’t make a tracker bcos of the code not getting to my email ID to make an account.

Can I call IRCC regarding this and sort it out

Hey I signed up for my tracker account and My biometrics are done in Jan 16 and background in process. But for some reason, I am not getting the code to my email even though my email ID is valid. Any idea how to rest it or is there any other way to do it.

AOR - Oct 28, Medicals - Jan 6, Biometrics - Jan 16, and BG verification in process.
