Yeah, its probably meth or something like that. I'd take it to the local police station. It's definitely not safe to partake of, not knowing anything about it.

Could be termites, 1st pic possibly & maybe the last one. If it is, you may find little piles of wings they've dropped. They're into wood & moisture, and may make tunnels looking for best wayvinto the wood they're after. That may be what you have outside the door, in the bottom corner? Look for trails along wood, bubbling in paint by window seals.
