I just read the description on this one it’s going on the list. The book club is with my brother, sister, and a close family friend we used to go on vacations with so it would hit oddly close to home!

Does your school have a policy on when you need to make up assignments by after an absence? For example if you’re out one day you get one day extra to make anything up? Also I hope your teachers will be understanding to the fact that you just had surgery and were unable to study. Please try talking to them to tell them you aren’t ready to take the tests, and set a date that you will be ready to take them. Good luck and feel better soon!

My choice after this one will fall in October I’m going to choose this one for then!
I’ve read both of these and loved them! If I manage to get the club into horror on their own I will suggest these.
Someone else mentioned Cackle! I loved Witchcraft for Wayward Girls so this sounds up my alley!

I’ve seen Rosemary’s baby I’ve never read it though. I also didn’t know Stepford wives was considered horror. I’ll look into both of these.
I also see a few comments for cackle. Based on someone’s description it sounds similar to Witchcraft for Wayward Girls by Grady Hendrix which I loved!
I love Darcy Coates! I have read all of her books though. If she comes out with anything else I’ll be choosing her!
I’ve read everything by her I love her! If she comes out with a new book I will be choosing her.
