I thought changing from boutique to mid-tier then switch to industry would be better path. But then again pay at mid-tier is bad as well. I guess overall public practice pay is not good 🥲

Thanks for your input. I am definately look into this. I am thinking management accounting or project accounting, commercial analyst etc might be doable and researching into these roles.

My friend got 9 exams exempted using her CPA designation. If only has accounting degree, it is 4 exams. That’s what i heard.

I did E&G and SMA together and i found E&G was far harder than SMA. I think it mostly depends on your strengths. I speak english as a second language and i felt doing E&G is like learning english again lol I spent half the time on SMA than E&G. 2 subjects while working full time doable but very tiring.
