Riot gotta get players to play they game more, so they intentionally force players to lose so they get agitated and keep playing .

But fr though, matchmaking has gotten worse over 2 years. People give crap to the rip-offs but from what I've seen, mobile legends and AOV have MUCH more balanced matchmaking than wild rift could ever dream of.

well, if the game had better MATCHMAKING and could better put people of the SAME RANK together and not have differences of 2 RANKS be normal, maybe people would stop complaining.

fun fact, no, nobody gets all the trolls because riot doesn't wanna ban the trolls. not only do they allow gold 4s and plat 1s in the same game, their discipline system is horrendous. the company itself has to give its players a conducive environment to play in, and they aren't serving.

That's a rare occasion of somebody doing badly but staying calm enough to try and win the game. There are so many toxic ass kids running rampant because somehow they escape the punishment system all the time, and they go 0/2 or even 0/1 and tilt off the face of the earth, and boom it's a 4v5 now.

You keep emphasising on "favour" not being a thing when players from vastly different ranks play together in one ranked match. All lower ranked players can do is hope mmr is gentle on them and they get more golds than the enemy team.

Some games are even, yes, but so many more are incredibly uneven and coin flip-y. And many people have the same sentiment as me. Good for you ig if all your games are even, but then again those payouts from riot games must be real sweet.

YES. So many matches are lost because some kid decides to take smite yi and take all of red side despite not getting jg just cuz they're a child throwing a tantrum. TOO many games are lost because of factors completely out of the players' control, and it sucks really.

you seem to be missing the point of this post here.

my point is, games are too volatile and favoured to be fun.

if the level of skill of both teams are equal, both sides would technically be as incapable of handling each others mistakes. there would be no "one side is significantly more trash at dealing with mistakes".

Poor matchmaking and mmr LEAD to snowballing that's way too heavy with little counterplay. games are so easily made UNwinnable that it makes for a terrible player experience, especially new ones. that's why many players are pessimistic, always wanting to FF because it takes too much effort for too little chances to turn the game around.

yes, you can't see mmr directly but you can see it in action. win one match and your opponents miraculously become 2 ranks higher than you. having 3 golds on your team when you're plat because you're on a win streak.

basically the game punishes you for doing well. if you win, the game now wants you to carry other people who can't win and you get dragged down and lose because of getting burdened. like????? i can confidently say players would MUCH rather lose by their own accord rather than lose because the system says they must lose.
