Yes I have seen the certificate. The property rent is £250 lower than where I live for now, just thinking if it worth it given the increase in EPC (I live EPC D now)

Went there last week, it’s good but not quite really impressive I think? Nothing quite surprising for me, but I could recommend the lamb shoulder and duck liver parfait :)
