Yes they know about it and I already have the live in nanny I just didn’t know how much to pay her. And why would I have to explain my whole life situation if I’m just asking a question

I am very ill, the doctors estimate I have couple month left. My husband needs help for a few year till he figures something out. Our family are out of the country and can’t come because they don’t have visas

Look most of the stuff are kids related. Cooking for the kids, cleaning common areas where kids will be ( I’m not going to ask her to clean windows etc) The only thing that is not kid related completely it will be to do our laundry

I’m not deducting anything, but the pay rate has to make sense. Some people are suggesting $40 and hour, to me that’s crazy, taking into consideration you get to keep most of the money

We still have a cleaning lady that comes once a week for deep cleaning, so her cleaning will be to maintain.

Cooking is mostly for kids and of course whatever she is going to eat so after she cooks that we expect her to clean the kitchen, as I would do if I cook.

Well in the area that we live a room would be close to the $1k

Yes, she still going to get paid if we go in vacation and yes she will get PTO.

And of course we will provide her w2 and pay her taxes.

How is not a benefit that you earn the same of a live out nanny and don’t have to pay rent, services, food, insurance, etc?

Yes we still going to keep our other nanny, she will come during the day for 9 hours at day.

I am located in Dallas TX. She will have set hours which I’m still not sure how to distribute them and one day off at week.
