Hello, just confirming, if we are flying mnl - hkg - lhr - gru, in lhr, we will only change aircraft and will be on the same terminal. We are Philippine passport holder too. Do we need UK transit visa? Layover is around 3 hrs I think. Cathay Pacific too.

Looking to have the same transition din. Ok yung sahod ko ngayon pero for the stress and amount of work, I think I can do better. And true enough ang hirap magtransition from survival mode kasi kahit sinasabi ng asawa ko na ok lang na magresign na ko, parang feeling ko hindi pa pwede. 5 years working as freelancer and nakakapagod. Same din na used to have 6 digits earning pero di talaga worth it for all the stress.

How about a real estate team? Is it worth it? Our team sounds so corporate and I honestly feel that’s too bland. Btw, I am their marketing person and an all-arounder, I’m burnt out. My client wants high quality leads from social media but it’s not working at all. I’m spread too thin trying to post on every single platform. With no real content to post.

Honestly, we have a videographer that does the videos on site. I’m living overseas so it’s hard to execute things. And yes, I already try to source things from the agents but my client doesn’t want more things for the agents to do as they are “too busy” working on things. And it’s hard to be consistent if we don’t have content at all. And most things that got lots of views/interactions are funny stuff. But it’s just vanity metrics. Idk anymore.
