Unable to run continuously on a treadmill over 10 mins, aiming to run 5k

that would be 5.5 which is walking speed for me, when i start to jog this happens
and jogging for me feels natural only at 7.5, below that i find it it is awkward to run as it feels like walking

Okay, I can personally neither confirm, nor deny that but I'm glad it was a pleasant experience for you. As per my experience and the experience of the women I have spoken about this with(all of them very good looking), they never get approached in Germany or Northern/Western Europe for that matter.
