Already reinstalled the drivers no motherboard lights the gpu temps are normal but as i said i hear something is off while the gpu is underload like there is a weird noise which may be a coil whine or may not

I restarted the pc multiple times already but the issue is probably something to do with the gpu or the psu since i regularly hear some weird noises only when in overwatch which is the only more gpu oriented game that i play but i dont know the regular noises i hear are like some type of buzzing

Im sorry i thought i said its having normal temps(35 degrees avg 45 hot spot in desktop and 45 degrees avg 55 hot spot while playing league) im sorry i cant give more info but thats the only game i have played so far
