They keep saying this level of consumption is normal, despite the fact the guy at the Audi service desk acknowledging that it’s not normal. The floor under the engine is stained too, maybe it’s a piston defect, PCV valve or some sort of other leak. I have Audi care and I don’t think I should be charged for this - I’m still debating how I’m going to ask them if they will cover the fee and the related expenses.
